  • 1 set of pre-matched appointments (30 appts.) with Buyers

Note:

  • The Booth confirmation shall be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis with receipt of payment; for registrations by 15th January 2025.
  • All registered seller delegates will have access to the conference and all social functions including hosted luncheon and dinners.
  • The registration fees for international seller delegates also include :
    • Arrival and Departure transfers to and from official hotel.
    • Official transfers from official hotels to all scheduled events and functions.

8. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SELLER ORGANIZATION
CANCELLATION

PATA Nepal Chapter must be notified in writing of any cancellation. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount payable will be applicable for written cancellations received by PNC on or before 15 December, 2024. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15 December, 2024. Refunds do not include any assessed bank fees, and will be made after 28 January, 2025.

PRE-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

Registration of sellers together with full payment must be submitted by January 15, 2025, for inclusion into the pre-scheduled business appointments.

BOOTH ALLOCATION

PATA Nepal Chapter shall allocate the booth under the consideration of the order of application and payment received, country listing, and booth size. PATA Nepal Chapter reserves the absolute right for the final booth allocation and reserves the right to amend the floor plan or alter the exact location of the booths allocated to exhibitors without incurring any liability to exhibitor thereby.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

It is agreed that neither PATA Nepal Chapter (PNC) nor any of its officers, directors, members or employees shall have any liability or responsibility for any personal injury, property damage or loss suffered by a delegate or any of his / her family members or other persons attending NICE with the delegate resulting from the action or inaction of any person other than an employee of PNC. In the event of, or likelihood of, any circumstance which may create an extraordinary risk of injury or damage, PNC shall have the right in its sole discretion, to determine the course of action to be followed in respect to NICE.

In the event that PNC cancels or limits the Event for reasons of safety, neither PNC nor any of its officers, directors, members or employees shall have any liability or responsibility in connection with such cancellation or limitation and their failure to perform any further obligations shall not constitute a breach of contract on the part of PNC to hold such Event. This Application for registration, when signed by authorized personnel of the seller organization, shall serve as an agreement between PNC and the seller organization and shall indicate that the above terms and conditions of this Seller Organization Registration Agreement have been read and understood by the organization. PNC reserves the right to consider as incomplete any Application for Registration submitted without company stamp and signature.

Delegates are responsible for their personal belongings and are therefore reminded to safeguard these at all times during and after the Event. PATA Nepal Chapter assumes no responsibility for any personal belongings in the event of loss or damage.

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE

The Seller Organization Registration application form must be signed by an authorized person with a company stamp. I HAVE READ THE SELLER APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS AND AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE.

This Agreement shall be valid once approved by PNC- NICE Secretariat.
